2020 was the 20th anniversary for The Bloc, but the COVID-19 pandemic made commemorating the occasion difficult.

In true Bloc spirit, we sought to create a unique, Bloc experience to celebrates the history of the agency, its people, and its impact in a way that onl
The solution
The virtual space was a true collective effort. We solicited and displayed photos from people’s oldest and fondest Bloc memories. We built a “Random Experience Generator” that played video of Blocers sharing why they love to work here. We curated a playlist of music that feels uniquely Bloc that could be experienced in the space. We showcased our best and most memorable work from years past. We even captured the iconic skyline from the office through the virtual windows.
Anniversaries come and go, but this space, and the memories it contains, continue to live on today.
